Fees
My fees are £45 for 60 minute treatments and £60 for 75 minute treatments. Fees are payable in full at the time of treatment.
Cancellations and No Shows
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time or you are a no-show, you will be charged a fair-use fee of 100% of my usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings. However, this may be waved in extenuating circumstances for cancellations.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will give as much notice as possible.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be shortened so that we finish at the scheduled time (e.g. one hour after your appointment start time). The full fee will still be payable.
Sickness
I kindly ask that you rearrange your appointment if you have, or think you might have, any contagious ilnesses such as Covid-19, cough, cold, sore throat, flu, vomiting, diarrhoea etc. If you have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms, please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.
In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.
How to Pay
Card payments are processed via a secure SumUp terminal at the time of treatment (no card details are stored). I also accept cash.
Opening Hours
Reflexology appointments are available Tuesday to Friday in my relaxing treatment room in Marianglas, Anglesey.
