Hi and welcome to Me Time Reflexology!
After working in Human Resources for over 20 years, and following a number of significant life events, I decided to pursue my love of reflexology full time.
We moved to the lovely island of Anglesey at the end of 2022 and I was delighted to start offering treatments from my peaceful treatment room in Marianglas.
I'm passionate about what I do and I look forward to supporting you in your journey to improved physical and emotional wellbeing.

Foot Reflexology (60 minutes) - £45
A lovely relaxing treatment. You'll only have to remove your shoes and socks.
I will use my thumbs, fingers or knuckles to apply pressure to the feet and lower leg.
After your treatment, we will share feedback with each other and discuss aftercare advice, including some hand reflexology techniques.
Mian Dui - Holistic Facial Massage (60 minutes) - £45
A fabulous facial ritual incorporating uplifting facial massage, facial reflexology, facial acupressure points, scalp massage and facial lymphatic drainage.
Top to Toe Treatment (75 minutes) - £60
A combination of both treatments - the ultimate in relaxation.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (60 minutes) - £45
Treatments
RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care.
